Cost: This will depend on the size and how many pets you would like in the picture. If you know what you want, then great, just let me know what you have decided. Otherwise we can have a discussion and agree together which would be the best option for you.
Photos: I complete the portrait from photos and so it is useful if you send as many as possible and choose the ones that are the best representation of your pet. You can either e-mail your photos or send them in the post. I will return all photos. Please note that I do reserve the right to decline a portrait if the photo is not of sufficient quality.
When taking a photo for a pet portrait it is useful to bear in mind the following:

Ordering: Once we've agreed on the photo and composition a 25% deposit is required to secure your order. I accept personal cheque or all major debit and credit cards via Paypal.
Portrait Approval: Whilst I'm painting the portrait I'll send out photo updates (via E-mail) so that you can watch as your portrait progresses. This way I ensure that my clients are happy with their painting and they can let me know if they're unsure about anything I'm doing.
Payment: On completion of the portrait and after client approval, I require the remainder of the payment.
Delivery: When payment has been received and cleared the portrait will be delivered. I always flat pack my portraits between plastic sheeting to ensure they are well protected and post them via Royal Mail Special Delivery (which includes insurance).
Money Back Guarantee: I offer a 100% money back guarantee on every portrait if you are not completely satisfied (subject to the portrait being returned to me). Although, thankfully this hasn't happened yet!!
